Minimum Stay: Requires a minimum consecutive stay of 21 nights.
Early Departure Policy: Checking out prior to 21 nights voids the promotion. This promotion is strictly non refundable.
Non-Transferable: Rates and inclusions are personal to the registered guest and cannot be transferred or sublet.

2. Workspace Hardware & Liability

Asset Ownership: All workspace hardware remains the property of Princess Kamala Beachfront Resort.
Damage & Loss Fees: Housekeeping will verify inventory at check-in and checkout. The guest is financially liable for any missing or damaged hardware, which will be charged at full retail replacement value plus a 15% administration fee.
Network Usage: The private 5G network is for legal use only. The resort is not liable for external cellular network downtime.

3. Food, Beverage & Dining

Breakfast Exclusion: Daily breakfast is explicitly excluded from this package.
15% Dining Discount: Valid only for on-site managed food and beverage. Excludes mini-bar, room service fees, and third-party partners.
Daily Coffee Credits: The 2 daily coffees expire at midnight, cannot be rolled over, and have no cash value.

4. Housekeeping & Laundry Services

Privacy Blocks: Daily cleaning is replaced by a mandatory, scheduled twice-weekly deep clean
Weekly Laundry Allowance: The 1.5 kg laundry credit is issued weekly on a non-accumulative basis.
Laundry Limitations: Valid strictly for standard machine-washable, casual attire suitable for tumble drying. Excludes dry cleaning, pressing, and delicate fabrics (e.g., silk, wool).

A: Yes. This residency is designed specifically for dedicated long-stay professionals. If Checking out before 21 nights we there will be no refunds for the remaining unused nights

Q: What happens if I accidentally break or lose a piece of the workspace equipment?

A: You are responsible for the care of the provided hardware. Any missing or damaged items discovered during checkout will be charged to your credit card at full retail replacement value, plus a 15% administration fee.

Q: Can I accumulate my laundry allowance if I don't use it one week?

A: No. The 1.5 kg laundry credit is issued on a weekly, non-accumulative basis. Any unused allowance at the end of the 7-day cycle is forfeited.

Q: Is daily housekeeping included in the residency?

A: To provide you with an uninterrupted work environment, we have replaced daily housekeeping with a scheduled, twice-weekly deep cleaning block. You will coordinate these times with the front desk upon arrival.
